Data transfer between PC/MAC

Hello,

I recently downloaded EverDo and wanted to find out if it’s possible to transfer EverDo data between my PC and Mac (essentially I want to perform a manual sync until an encrypted sync service is available). Is this possible? I use my PC as my main repository for information and my home computer, however I would like to be able to take notes on Mac laptop at work and transfer that data to my PC once I’m home.
