[Fixed] Desktop app crashed when duplicate an action

Hi Andrei,

i am using 1.2.17 on windows 10, it happened several times for time.
when i tried to duplicate an action, holding ctrl and draging an item.
i submitted the error report already, could you please take a look?

I was able to reproduce this by trying to Ctrl-drag an item to the navigation section. Copying directly to another list wasn’t originally planned, but the UI seems to allow it. A workaround for now is to copy to the original list and then move to the target list.
