Inline Command without entering Action

The following feature would be great:

when typing : (a colon) without actually having entered editing mode of an action you can simply type

:n :t 25

to move it to the next action list and set the time to 25 minutes.

That would greatly enhance the speed of going through inbox items for me.

Yes, but this is how it works already - to enter the command mode you simply need to enter “:”. Did I misunderstand your suggestion?

I didn’t realize this. Then this feature doesn’t work for me.
I am using the German Neo 2 keyboard layout (an available layout for Ubuntu) and typing “:” (typed as Caps Lock + d in the layout) just sets the due date to today. When I switch to a standard qwerty layout the feature works.

Got it. I will see if this can be fixed.
