I tried signing up again. But I was told my primary email was already being used.
I’ve also noticed that I am told I have a “Subscription error” when I go to the sync section.

This can’t be done manually, but I found your profile and updated your email address to the one you provided. You can now go to sync.everdo.net and click re-send verification email link. It should work this time.
