Actions in "Scheduled" section does not honor "Week starts on Monday" setting

Today is Sunday, Jul 5. “Week starts on Monday” setting is enabled. I have action scheduled at Jul 14. But in “Scheduled” section this actions shows as “Next Week” action instead of “Future Dates”

Happens on 1.11.15 desktop, but not on 1.10.0 Android
