Adding a new item under the Waiting list

Steps:
Open the Waiting list
Press “n” to add a new item - see nothing
Switch to the Next list - your new item dialogue is here
Press ‘Enter’ to add a new item
Your new item is created under the Waiting list

I think this only happens when grouping by contact is active. Is that correct?
