Any manual method to migrate from Omnifocus?

I understand there is no way to directly import Omnifocus data. In Omnifocus I can select a list of items, copy them to clipboard and paste their titles into a text file. I assumed that I would at least be able to paste a list into Everdo but it seems I can’t.

Is there no way to do this other than to manually copy each task over? I have about 45 active projects and 320 tasks, its obviously infeasible to migrate this manually.

You could use the “Convert to actions” feature like this:

Note that your list of tasks needs to be formatted as a checklist. You can do this in a text editor by a regex search for ^ and replace with - .
