Since switching to Pro, I always get a “communication error” when I try to sync. I have used the Pro key on both my phone and tablet. All 3 are on the same network. I have done the communication test and get a good result on all.
It seemed to work fine prior to upgrading to Pro.

Are you using local network or ess integration sync? Is your desktop set as the sync server?
I am using a local network. My desktop is set as the server. It worked fine until I upgraded to Pro.
I answered this almost a week ago. I am using local network and, I believe my desktop is the sync server.
Sorry, I figured it out. There was a change to our wifi that changed the API.
