Please add a dark theme to the Android app. My eyes would appreciate it when I planning activities for the next day just before a sleep.

I always plan my next day at bed before sleeping and journaling and white theme hurts so much.

I’ve migrated a couple different small companies to this app, but after patiently waiting years for a dark theme in the android app (how hard can this be tbh, a few lines of css and a toggle in the settings?) I have begun looking for an alternative. If I find something, I will have to take my endorsement with me. I can’t be blinded every time I have an idea when I’m dreaming (when the best ideas happen)!

Really sorry about that. I absolutely agree that a dark theme needs to be added.
Unfortunately, it’s not as simple as a few lines of css. It took a lot of work for the desktop app to make it look good. I expect roughly the same difficulty for Android.
But I think it a dark theme will happen eventually. It is now prioritized relatively high compared to the past when it was treated as nice-to-have.
In the meantime, I can only suggest using the quick-add functionality when you need to quickly capture something at night. It will only show a single text input so won’t create much light. Just in case you weren’t aware.
