I am new to this service an can’t seem to get it working. I setup an account manually with ESS but when I click on the encryption key, it is blank and does not create one or me. What can I do?
Did you sign up for the 30 Day evaluation period at Create Account - Everdo Sync Service ?
The first time you use it you have to generate an encryption key which you then use on all your devices. I would do the initial setup with the desktop app.
