Editing areas window has default search query 'areas'

When opening All Areas → Edit search has ‘areas’ query by default. I would expect it to be empty so you could see all the available areas, otherwise I have to manually remove it each time. Or this is by design and I am missing something?

When opening with shortcut T it is empty.

Ah, now I got it. It filters out the areas. A bit confusing if you don’t have any areas yet.
