As a user, I would like to be able to toggle the Focus feature off in the settings, and as a result have the Focus menu item disappear from the menu.
If a user prefers having all the next actions listed on one screen, the user can use the Next Actions screen, and ignore the Focus screen. But it would be useful to be able to toggle Focus off so that the item disappears from the menu.
