When I use those shortcuts nothing happens. Other shortcuts work fine.
The shortcuts are not otherwise in use.

Hello! The Shift+P shortcut is only supposed to work once you’ve created a new project. It’s a naming issue, the action should really be called “Go to most recently created project”.
As for the help shortcut, it looks like it got reassigned to Shift+Meta+H for some reason. This should be fixed.

Right you are. Shift+P works as you describe. I suggest renaming the the action as you propose because it is not intuitive.
