I love Everdo because it’s the simplest way to organize my tasks in a jiffy without using the mouse. However. There is one limitation to Everdo that stands in my way of going mouse-less, and that’s moving tasks from the inbox into a project.
As I understand it, the :p command will convert a task into a project. But, it won’t move a task into a project, for example, using the command :p Project-Name.
I would like this. But it would only be practical for me if there was auto-completion on the project names. My project names are usually a few words, and I suspect I would spell them wrong or take a long time to type them otherwise.
I appreciate this would complicate the feature quite some bit. But the dream I have is that I would type :p <some letter> and Everdo would begin to auto-complete (with a drop down appearing).
I would vote for fzf-style fast fuzzy matching being added.
It’s pretty much the ideal keyboard centric way of quickly finding and selecting something!
