I checked the forums and saw some requests to sort the projects list alphabetically, but that seems to be a feature request still. Any idea how to do this as intermediate solution directly on the DB?

Manually ordering projects in the right order would be the most practical solution currently.
It’s possible to write a SQL script to set the position of each project manually, but the database shouldn’t be updated while Everdo is running.
