I’m sorry if I’m not posting this in the appropriate place, but I cannot seem to find a place to ask account-related questions on the website.
I am confused about the subscription. I decided to purchase pro on my PC and added the key. I also decided to try the encrypted sync subscription.
When I went to my phone, it said I had the free version and when I looked under “upgrade” it gave me options to purchase pro for iOS, to restore purchase, or…I think it was to use a multi-device key.
I tried the key option, which did nothing. Restore did not work. I ended up adding on the iOS subscription which then worked and I was able to do restore on my iPad for that one.
Is this correct that you need to buy pro for your laptop and then another, separate subscription for iOS? Or should my key have worked there. If so, is there any way to get a refund for the iOS subscription and then to add my key?
