[Resolved] Sync renewal not working

I received automated email with a link to renew my sync subscription.

Clicked into the link and provided my card details.

Received a Server Error 500.

Replied to the automated email altering you to the issue, received a bounce email in response.

Not a positive customer experience at all. If I hadn’t already purchased Pro and invested time into the platform I would have gone elsewhere by now.

Sorted now. It worked when trying again today.

Thank you for reporting this. I’m sorry you had a negative experience. I reviewed the logs and it doesn’t seem like we can do anything about this type of a transient error. I will make sure the automated emails include better instructions and a direct email contact in the future.
