Unfortunately there was an incident affecting the sync dashboard, which remained unavailable for a few hours, and users were unable to perform tasks like sign up or extend a subscription.
The sync API itself was unaffected so devices continued to sync as expected.
The functionality is restored now and we are investigating the root cause.
