I have an notebook in “Notebook” panel. I found that I cannot change the notebook into an actionalble item (an item in Inbox).
If you open up the Notebook view where it shows a list of your notebooks in the righthand panel you can drag the one you want to the inbox. If you have any notes under it they will all become actions. If you want to convert just one note then open that notebook and drag the note you want to convert.
