Windows 10 - app "frozen" after startup

The app is frozen just after startup when used as a regular user on windows 10. It used to work and sync via ESS without any problems.
Reinstallation does not solve the problem.
Running app as a administrator makes it work properly, but without sync - then the mismatch error occurs.
Using desktop app on Arch linux also gives mismatch sync error

Running as admin should use a different user directory, which means sync is not configured. Same is probably happening on the Arch machine.

I have deleted db file from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Everdo\ directory and it makes the app work as long as it does not sync with the server.
