I would like to suggest to publish documentation and help as pdf file so it will be available offline.

I see how it can be useful, but keep in mind that there’s also printing to PDF. Last time I tried it with Chromium on this topic Everdo Help / User Manual / Documentation , it was OK. I mean it’s not ideal, but it exists.
